I am a first generation Latina working in a very corporate environment - I have lots of career questions, all the time. When I am looking for answers I either can’t find them, they aren’t documented, or they aren’t talked about. This inspired me to create Mina at Work, a website with career advice for women looking to move ahead in their career.
