ABOUT Me
I am passionate about helping other women succeed. Too often we stay quiet about our experiences at work, good or bad. I hope to normalizes these conversations in hopes of collective learning.
With a degree in economics from Loyola, I began my career in financial services at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Many years, mentors, and career changes later, I have found my perfect fit in tech at Avanade, a global consulting firm in Chicago. There I conduct data wizardry, lead our Midwest corporate citizenship, and have founded and co-lead our Latinx employee resource group.
I strive to be an agent of change and I am especially passionate about giving back to organizations that promote educational equity and the advancement of women of color. Outside of work I enjoy mentoring and speaking to students and early career audiences about professional development. Notably, I was named the ambassador of the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Foundation for the second year in a row, where my main goal is to encourage more Latinx students to pursue careers in tech.
